# About bedsKey

bedsKey is a complete, cloud-hosted, multi-tenant hotel property management system built by Innovate Solution, a travel technology company.

## What we build

bedsKey runs an entire property from one system — reservations, rates, front desk, guest CRM, billing and night audit, housekeeping, restaurant and room service, reporting, a channel manager, a direct booking engine, a hotel website builder, iOS and Android staff apps and a partner booking API.

It is designed for independent hotels, resorts, hostels, guest houses, serviced apartments and small hotel groups, from a single 12-room property to a growing multi-property group.

## How it is built

bedsKey runs on Go and PostgreSQL 18, with overlap protection enforced by database exclusion constraints, row-level security isolating each hotel group’s data, exact decimal arithmetic for money, and real-time WebSocket updates to every open screen.
