Yes. A guest house or small hotel gets the same folio, night audit and reporting as a larger property, and the [monthly bill](https://bedskey.com/pricing/) is a flat USD 10 in any month with 1 to 30 bookings, whatever the room count. ### Can bedsKey run several properties? Yes. A group runs several properties under one account, each with its own settings and base currency, and staff can hold different roles at different properties, for example Manager at one and Receptionist at another. No. bedsKey is cloud-hosted and works in any modern browser. The database is managed PostgreSQL with automated backups, so there is no server at the property to maintain. There are also three iOS and Android apps built for specific jobs: [Housekeeping, Restaurant and Front Desk](https://bedskey.com/features/mobile-staff-apps/). ### Is there an iPhone app? **Yes.** The Front Desk, Housekeeping and Restaurant staff apps are available for iOS as well as Android, with push notifications. Staff can also use bedsKey in any modern browser. ### Does bedsKey work without internet? bedsKey is a cloud system, so the web app needs a connection. The iOS and Android staff apps are built for patchy signal: actions queue on the device and replay safely, without duplicates, when the connection returns. The Restaurant app keeps an offline order queue so orders are not lost when the signal drops. ### Where do staff sign in? At [apps.bedskey.com](https://apps.bedskey.com). The iOS and Android apps use the same account, with a hotel picker for staff who work at more than one property. ### What languages is the staff interface in? bedsKey has a multi-language staff interface, including Bangla, so each user can work in their preferred language.
