## Plan: bedsKey (single plan, usage-based)
- Model: per active room per month, a flat USD 10 in any month with 1 to 30 bookings
- Per-room fee: USD 1 per active room per month
- Activation: USD 500, one-time, paid when the agreement is signed
- Included: every built module, two months of dedicated 24/7 onboarding support from a Technical Manager, free yourhotel.bedskey.com website address
- Modules included: reservations and availability (room- and bed-level), rates and revenue management, front desk, guest CRM, folio/billing and night audit, housekeeping, restaurant and room service, reports, channel manager, direct booking engine, hotel website builder, iOS and Android staff apps, notifications, partner API
- Commission on direct bookings: none
- Contract / proposal: custom proposal from an Account Manager — sales@bedskey.com

## Monthly bill rules (applied in this order)
1. No bookings in the billing month: USD 4 flat (overrides the rules below)
2. 1 to 30 bookings: USD 10 flat, regardless of room count
3. 31 or more bookings: active rooms × USD 1
