How the monthly bill works
- No bookings in the month — the charge is $4. This rule overrides all others.
- 1 to 30 bookings — a flat $10, whatever the room count.
- 31 or more bookings — active rooms × $1.
All prices in USD, excluding any applicable taxes. The activation charge is paid once when the agreement is signed. Updated October 2026.

Pricing questions
What counts as an active room?
Each room you run in bedsKey during the month is billed at USD 1. That room fee applies in any month with 31 or more bookings; a month with 1 to 30 bookings is a flat USD 10, whatever the room count.
What happens in a month with no bookings?
The charge is a flat USD 4. This rule overrides all the others, so a closed or seasonal property pays very little in its quiet months.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time activation charge of USD 500. It covers setup and configuration by our implementation team and two months of dedicated 24/7 premium support.
Which modules are included?
Every built module: reservations, rates, front desk, CRM, billing and night audit, housekeeping, restaurant, reports, channel manager, booking engine, hotel website, mobile staff apps, notifications and the partner API.
