What Rates & Revenue does
- Seasonal and date-range rates — high season, low season, weekends, events and public holidays.
- Room-type pricing — independent prices per room type and per rate plan.
- Derived rates — child plans that follow a parent by a percentage or fixed amount (e.g. Non-refundable = BAR − 10%).
- Occupancy-based pricing — single, double, triple and quad rates plus extra-adult and child tiers.
- Length-of-stay restrictions — minimum and maximum stay, closed-to-arrival (CTA) and closed-to-departure (CTD), per date and per plan.
- Promo and discount codes — percentage off, fixed amount off, or free nights, with booking and stay windows, minimum stay and redemption limits.
- Channel-specific rates — separate prices for OTAs, corporate accounts, walk-ins and the direct website.
- Occupancy-based auto yield — rules that move the price as the hotel fills and arrival approaches, always inside a floor and a ceiling.
- Corporate contract rates — a negotiated plan attached to a company is enforced on every booking for that company.
- Rates grid and bulk updates — push new pricing across a date range, room types and rate plans in one operation.
