Restaurant & Room Service
Restaurant, bar and room service for hotels
Several outlets, one set of books. Charge dinner to the room in one tap.
In short: Multiple outlets with their own menus, an order pad to the kitchen, charge-to-room on the guest folio, voids with a trail and price snapshots.

What Restaurant & Room Service does
- Multiple outlets — restaurant, bar, coffee shop and room service, each with its own menu, prices and takings.
- Menus per outlet — categories and items, with separate “out of stock tonight” and “withdrawn” switches.
- Order pad — dine-in against a table, takeaway, or room service against a stay.
- Send to kitchen — orders move from pad to kitchen to tray to table.
- Charge to room — an order settled to a stay becomes one taxed line on the guest folio.
- Cash and card at the outlet — counted in the outlet’s takings for the business day, not the calendar day.
- Voids with a trail — a line removed after cooking is struck through with a reason and a name, never deleted.
- Price snapshots — repricing the menu tomorrow never changes a bill taken today.
- Floor roles — a Restaurant role that takes orders without folio access, and a separate permission for voids.
