Refund policy

In short: The USD 500 activation charge is refunded in full if you cancel before onboarding work starts and is non-refundable after that. Monthly fees are billed for the month just used, so there is nothing to refund when you leave. Billing errors are corrected within 14 days of being confirmed.

1. Activation charge

2. Monthly fees

The monthly fee depends on the bookings and active rooms in a billing month, so it is calculated and invoiced for a month that has already been used. Fees for a month that has been used are not refundable, and we do not refund part of a month. When you end your subscription under the terms of service, you pay the final month's invoice and nothing more.

3. Billing errors and duplicate payments

If you think an invoice is wrong (for example the bookings or room count used is incorrect) or you paid the same invoice twice, tell us within 60 days of the invoice date. Once we confirm the error, we refund or credit the difference within 14 days, at your choice.

4. Service problems

If a serious fault on our side prevents you from using bedsKey and we do not fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, contact us. We will agree a fair credit against future invoices or, if you end the subscription because of it, a refund of the fees for the affected period. A service level agreement in your Order takes precedence over this section.

5. What is not refunded

6. How to request a refund

Email sales@bedskey.com with "Billing" in the subject line, your property name, the invoice number and the reason. We acknowledge requests within five business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 14 days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded by contract. If a translation of this policy differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
