Yes. A guest house or small hotel gets the same folio, night audit and reporting as a larger property, and the monthly bill is a flat USD 10 in any month with 1 to 30 bookings, whatever the room count.

Yes. A group runs several properties under one account, each with its own settings and base currency, and staff can hold different roles at different properties, for example Manager at one and Receptionist at another. Any computer, tablet or phone with a modern browser. There are also three iOS and Android apps built for specific jobs: Housekeeping, Restaurant and Front Desk.

Yes. The Front Desk, Housekeeping and Restaurant staff apps are available for iOS as well as Android, with push notifications. Staff can also use bedsKey in any modern browser.

bedsKey is a cloud system, so the web app needs a connection. The iOS and Android staff apps are built for patchy signal: actions queue on the device and replay safely, without duplicates, when the connection returns. The Restaurant app keeps an offline order queue so orders are not lost when the signal drops.

At apps.bedskey.com. The iOS and Android apps use the same account, with a hotel picker for staff who work at more than one property.

bedsKey has a multi-language staff interface, including Bangla, so each user can work in their preferred language. Guest-facing text such as your website content is written by you.
